We can export the Rovo credit usage from [Insights] > [Platform usage] > [Rovo credits] in Admin Hub. In the exported CSV, there is "Agent" column. However, the column contains not agent names but agent IDs. Users have to export agents CSV and check it to find the actual agent name.
So, it would be more user friendly if there is "Agent name" column in the Rovo credits CSV file.
