Problem
Jira work items created through Rovo are attributed only to the initiating user. There is no system-managed way to identify that a work item was created by Rovo.

Request
Add Rovo-origin attribution to Jira work items created through Rovo, including the agent (where applicable), delegating user, and timestamp.
Make this attribution available in:

• Jira search/JQL or equivalent;
• Jira REST APIs;
• Jira Automation conditions or smart values;
• organisation audit/event reporting.

This would let organisations reliably report on Rovo-created work items and automate follow-up actions such as applying a label or routing work. Labels set through instructions are not sufficient because they are not authoritative or enforced.
