We can export Rovo agent as CSV file from [Rovo] > [Agents] in the Admin Hub. The CSV file contains both the public and the private agents. However, there aren't any flags or description to distinguish public agents and private agents. So, it would be nice to have a "Public / Private" column in the CSV file.
