Description

Organization administrators can monitor Rovo credit consumption in Atlassian Administration → Insights → Platform usage. Fixed organization-level usage notifications may be available, but administrators need greater flexibility to manage credit consumption proactively.

Organizations need a self-service way to define when a warning should be sent and who should receive it. Without this, teams may rely on frequent manual reviews of Platform usage and risk discovering high consumption too late.

Enhancement

Provide a self-service Rovo credit usage notification policy in Atlassian Administration that enables administrators to:

1. Configure one or more credit-usage alert thresholds, such as 50%, 75%, 80%, 90%, and 100% of the organization’s allowance.

1. Select notification recipients, including organization admins, billing admins, named users, and supported distribution lists.

1. Choose supported notification channels, starting with email and in-product notifications, with Slack or webhook support where available.

1. Receive actionable notification content: current consumption, allowance, crossed threshold, projected exhaustion date, major usage drivers, and recommended actions.

1. Control alert frequency and escalation behavior to prevent duplicate notifications.

1. Optionally apply policies to groups, Rovo agents, products, or cost centers as more granular credit-allocation controls become available.
