Currently, Rovo credits are pooled at the organization level. While administrators can monitor individual user consumption via the Admin Hub, there is no feature to set limitation on a per-user basis. This may lead to a risk where a specific user could exhaust the entire organization's credit pool, leading to unexpected overage costs or lack of availability for other users once usage-based pricing is fully enforced.

Suggestion

Introduce granular credit management controls, which can set Per-User Limits on a monthly basis.
