Create work item skill returns error for field Priority when user's language is set to Non-English

      Problem

      When creating a ticket using Rovo Chat, if the user has their account language set anything other than English, the Create action fails and returns an error for field priority

      Environment

      Rovo Chat

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a custom priority scheme having priorities "Major", Minor, Critical, Blocker and Trivial
      2. Associate it with your Jira project.
      3. Create a test ticket in the project and select priority as "Critical". Note down the issue -key
      4. Change your profile language to German by going to your account preferences.
      5. Open Rovo Chat and type the prompt: create a ticket, take as example ticket <provide issue key of ticket created in step 3> but change }}{{summary and description: Summary: Test 2 and Description as: test 2
      6. The Create work item skill will be invoked. Click on "Create".

      Expected Results

      The Jira work item will be created successfully

      Actual Results

      The error appears for field priority as below:

      Die ausgewählte Priorität ist ungültig

      which translates to: The selected priority is invalid.

      Workaround

      1. When the error appears, you will see an option to click on "Refine".
      2. Select it to open the "Create work item" screen with pre-populated values mentioned in Chat. Click on Create to create the work item successfully.

      Alternatively, you can switch your language to English to avoid the error.
