Description

Rovo Agent is unable to read/access the Aha Features that are present in a Jira work item. The content Read tool is unable to read from Aha URL despite the user having access to aha content(Feature).

Steps to Reproduce

• Create a Jira work item with Aha URL field that contains Aha Feature URL.
• Create a Rovo agent to read the Jira ticket and all their fields including the Aha field.
• Make sure that the user testing also has access to the Aha Feature.
• Chat with the Rovo agent asking it to try and access the Aha Feature URL mentioned in the Jira work item.
• Notice that the Rovo agent returns the error -
  "****unable to retrieve the content because the page requires a login****"

The Rovo agent should be able to read/access the Aha Feature linked to the Jira work item.

Actual Result

The Rovo agent is unable to read/access the Aha Feature linked to the Jira work item.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
