Summary
Currently, apps created in Rovo Studio are only visible and editable by the user who created them. Other users, including org admins and contributors added in the Developer Console, cannot see or manage these apps within Studio → Apps → View all apps.
This means that if the app creator is unavailable (e.g., OOO), team members have no way to iterate on or troubleshoot the app through Studio. The only workaround today is to use the Forge CLI and Developer Console outside of Studio, which requires a local development environment setup and is not accessible to non-technical users.
Enhancement
Enable app creators to share their Studio-built apps with other users (e.g., team members, other org admins) directly within the Studio interface, so that shared users can:
- View the app in their own Studio → Apps → View all apps
- Edit/iterate on the app using the Studio AI-assisted builder (Rovo chat)
- Publish updates to the app without needing to set up a Forge CLI environment
