User Problem

If a user is a team member of a responder team on an alert, but aren't part of the escalation path, viewing the alert adds the user as a recipient. This means they will get notified about any other actions taken on the alert (add note, ack, close) simply because they clicked into the alert.

Suggested Solutions

One option would be to be able to toggle this behavior somewhere (user, team, or account level). Another would be to add an option to 'watch' an alert, so users can opt in to the notifications.
