User Problem

Customer would like to have load management for the alerts being created when multiple users are On call.

Suggested Solutions

Customer would like to implement the Round robin method to notify the users. Let's say there is user A and B

When the first alert is created User A needs to be notified.

When the second alert is created User B needs to be notified

Current Workarounds

Currently we have suggested customers to notify all the users so that user's could pick it based on the load
