Ability to Add Watchers to Services Using the API

      At the moment, the Service, Service Audience, and Service Incident Rules do not have the Watchers field exposed for usage. 

       

      Requesting that this field be exposed for usage in the API. This would allow for users/stakeholders to be added via the API, among other capabilities
