User Problem
Voicemails for the Incoming Call integration are added as notes. These can only be listened to via the mobile or web app when clicking into the alert / link in the notes.
Suggested Solutions
Transcribe voicemails to text and add this into the alert's description field, an additional note or attachment.
Current Workarounds
None available. Need to listen to the voicemail via the mobile or web app when clicking into the alert.
