User Problem

In the current design, the Alert & Incident fields support partial HTML formatting, but not Markdown.

Suggested Solutions

Please consider adding the Markdown support for Alert & Incident fields, which gives more control to the users/admins over the layout of the contents.

Current Workarounds

None.
