Currently the Incident Command Center only offer options for Zoom and an Opsgenie-Hosted Bridge. The former options allows users to involved External/Non-licensed users in Incident Meetings by allowing direct invites from the Zoom app

Requesting that an option for using Webex be added. This would open up more options for customers going forward when gathering team members, and outside consultants, for Incident Discussions
