Issue Summary

It is being reported that the Opsgenie profile picture is not able to be changed via Opsgenie Settings or even on Atlassian Manage site.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Visit https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility
2. Update the profile picture 
3. Check Opsgenie and it only shows the initials of your name and not the update profile picture.
4. If you check other products such as Confluence or Jira, you can see the photo has been updated.

Expected Results

For the change to be consistent across all products including Opsgenie.
