User Problem
Right now, there isn't a great way to get a breakdown of the total number of incidents with high-level details such as priority or team.
Suggested Solutions
A report similar to the monthly overview report, but geared around incidents would be helpful for many customers.
Current Workarounds
Right now, the only option is to export the incident data via API and create the reports in another tool.
