User Problem
In the current design, the new framework JSW/JSM integration will ignore the issue_created event sent right after the issue creation from the Opsgenie alert.
It would be great to have the flexibility to disable this as there is a scenario where Opsgenie is taken as an alert dispatching platform and the admin would like to auto-close the alert after it is pushed to create a JSW/JSM issue successfully.
Suggested Solutions
Please consider offering flexibility on the new framework JSM/JSW integrations to be able to auto-close Opsgenie alerts after they are pushed to create JSM/JSW issues.
Current Workarounds
Switch back to use the legacy JSW/JSM integration with hosting an OEC to trigger a custom script to accomplish this.
