User Problem
The ability to create a Global Escalation Policy that would affect all teams.
I.E. I'd like to escalate all alerts that are not closed or acknowledged to an incident manager after 60 minutes. At the moment it's possible to achieve that only using team's escalation policy and not a global setup.
Suggested Solutions
Adding a global escalation policy with a filter that will affect the whole Opsgenie Account.
