Currently when attempting to delete a user from Opsgenie, the action is prevented if the user is seen as part of a Schedule or Rotation, even if that user does not have any present or future shifts.

Requesting the ability to delete users who do not have any present or active On-Call shifts in rotations and schedules. An example use case of this being a user having a Rotation with an "ends on" date in the past, meaning they do not have any active or future rotations in which they are the On-Call user, and being able to delete them without having to go and remove them first from that Schedule content
