Ability to auto close acknowledged alerts via policy

      As a customer, I would like to have the ability to configure a policy to auto close acknowledged alerts.

      Suggested Solutions

      It would be great to have an option added to the policy to auto close the alert if it has been acknowledged.

      Current Workarounds

      Auto close alerts based on alert fields using Team Notification policy.
