As a user, when setting up routing rules, it is not apparent that there are more choices in the drop down menu

      User Problem

      When creating a routing rule, the scroll bar on the right side of the 'Add routing rule' box really only exists to make those last three Conditions choices visible, but it's very easy to overlook it and then not realize that list has more on it. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Make the side scroll bar always visible/make the dropdown wider so it the bar stays visible - or Make the routing rules window longer so that all options appear when you select the dropdown

      Current Workarounds

      Users must know to scroll in order to see all options or must hover over where the scroll bar would be
