As a user I would like to be able to add an owner to alerts via the API

      User Problem

      If owners are forgotten to be added or are not assigned in an alert, there is no way to add them after via the API

      Suggested Solutions

      Create an API request that allows editing the owner field of an alert

      Current Workarounds

      You must use the UI in order to assign an owner
