User Problem
Currently the only way to send emails from Opsgenie is via a user's contact methods - this request is for the ability to target an email address outside of notifications, and set it up using an outbound integration instead.

Current Workarounds
Currently you can add a secondary email address for individual users which will allow something similar - you can set up a notification rule in that user's profile that will target this secondary address for certain alerts - the only catch is that in order for this to work, the original alert itself will need to target this user in the first place.
