Ability to enter in list of holidays, then in Notification Policy, be able to delay notifications until next working-day (instead of weekday)

      Right now they are using delay notification policies to delay notifications that come in after hours until the next weekday at 9am. However, when there are company holidays on weekdays, this is not ideal. They would like to be able to list company holidays, and then in the policy be able to delay notifications until next business day (which would exclude these holidays)
