User Problem
It would be really useful to have sub-layer options for the Auto Attendant feature;
It should look something like this:
Press 1 to contact Support Team:
Press 1 for EMEA Support Team;
Press 2 for the APAC Support Team;
...
Press 2 to contact Finance Team:
Press 1 for EMEA ...
Press 1 for APAC ...

The customer would like the ability to have an auto attendant within an auto attendant.
