Issue Summary

Multilingual support for items such as Policy, Escalation, Routing rule, and Team Name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Teams -> Add Team
2. Populate Name with anything other than English.
3. An error is displayed that states "Name can only contain alphanumeric characters, dots, underscores and dashes."
   

Expected Results

If we are able to save Policy, Escalation, Routing rule, and Team Name in multi language like how User names are allowed.

Actual Results

The below is what is displayed when trying to use language other than English.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
