Issue Summary

When an alert is created and if a user has signed up to receive notification via the Opsgenie app on their iPhone - 

• No red notification on the Opsgenie app is displayed for alerts that haven't been actioned. See example of the red notification
  

iPhone users only receive notification bubble on screen for the alert.

Note: This is not an issue on the Android app.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Sign into Opsgenie app on an iPhone
2. Create an alert

Expected Results

Users are meant to see red notification for alerts on the Opsgenie app for iPhone.

Actual Results

Users just get notification bubble for the alert but no red notification on the app itself.
