User Problem
When there's a new incoming call and the Auto-Attendant feature is enabled, the customer would like to auto-assign this team as responders to an alert when a voice mail is added. The idea here is that it's important to use team-specific integrations, such as MS Teams for each team separately and if the alert doesn't have a responders team, then integrations won't take effect.
