Description
User Problem
In the current design, only the Incident Message is a mandatory field, which may lead to inconsistent incident creation and there is no way for the admins to define the mandatory fields.
Suggested Solutions
It would be great to provide this option in the Incident Template for the admins to determine what are the fields they expect the incident creator to fill in.
