Description
User Problem
When a JSM ticket creates an alert, the JSM ticket is linked in the alert - however, if that alert creates an incident, the JSM ticket is NOT linked in the Incident.
Suggested Solutions
To have a feature in Opsgenie that will automatically link Jira Service Management request with Opsgenie incident.
Current Workarounds
Manually link the Jira Service Management request within the Opsgenie incident.
