As an Admin, I would like to add images, attachments and rich text to an incident description

      User Problem

      In the current design, it's not possible to add images or attachments to the Opsgenie Incident, which also impacts the body of Email notifications to On-call users and Stakeholders.

      Suggested Solutions

      Please consider having the capability of adding images and attachments to the Opsgenie Incident Description.

            This looks like a good feature request. I would like to strongly advocate for this, as the current notes field essentially causes a split communications situation where everyone gets an alert, and then immediately makes a chat thread in a separate chat system about it, and the info all gets lost and remains uncorrelated, which is a bummer.

            The notes field should support a rich text editor, and allow for direct copy paste of attachments/images, instead of requiring use of an attachment file dialog, which is clunky and slow.
