User Problem
As a customer, I would like to have ability to create an issue/bug in Jira Service Management/Jira Service Desk when an incident is created in Opsgenie.
Suggested Solutions
Have option to allow an incident created in Opsgenie to trigger issue/bug creation is Jira Service Management/Jira Sevice Desk
Current Workarounds
Create an alert in Opsgenie (manually or via integration where the source is NOT Jira Service Management) to trigger the issue/bug creation is Jira Service Management/Jira Service Desk.
