Issue Summary
The Opsgenie to JSM integration is not auto closing tickets when an Opsgenie alert is closed.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a JSM integration that utilized the If alert is closed in Opsgenie set request status to Done in Jira service Management Cloud alert update.
- Create a new JSM request in the integration that has a linked alert
- Close the alert, the JSM request is not updated to a Done status automatically
Expected Results
The Opsgenie Alert is closed when using "set request status to Done" in the alert updates, and the JSM ticket is set to a Done Status Category.
Actual Results
The Opsgenie Alert is closed when using "set request status to Done" in the alert updates, but the JSM ticket is not set to a Done Status Category.
