As the title suggest, our users would like a way to grant alert visibility to an OG custom role so that they may be able to see alerts from other teams, but they should only be able to edit alerts that they are part of the team's member list.
The use case is an organization that would like to set up a custom role with alert visibility, but restrict acking the alerts for teams they are not a part of.
