Issue Summary

Have the ability to customize voice notification and improvements listed in the suggestion section below.

Suggestions

• Give users options on what content they would like read out for voice notification for an alert. Such as read out alert Subject and Message
• Make it speak slower
• Upload our own recording, just a general message (eg, you have an open alert, please check xxxxxxx)
• Allow for the option to choose a prerecorded human voice (doesn't have to be custom, just not a robot voice - i.e., more easy to understand)
• Ability to customize the set of actions you can execute right from the dial pad.
