As a customer I would like to have CreateEvent action posted to OEC for other actions except create alert when the source is splunk

      User Problem

      CreateEvent action is not being posted to OEC if the source of alert creation is Splunk. 

      It's understandable that it is to avoid loop, however it could be posted for other alert actions like Add note or ACK

      Suggested Solutions

      Ability to post CreateEvent when other actions except create is done in Opsgenie alerts
