As a customer I would like to have description and details field be added in the outgoing payload for the OEC integration

User Problem

The outgoing payload sent from the current OEC integration does not contain the Description field.

Suggested Solutions

Please help get the description field sent for the outgoing OEC integration payload

Current Workarounds

Using description in Extra properties helped get the description data for the alert created using API integration.
