Allow alert actions via Slack after alert closure

      Issue Summary

      Ability to trigger alert actions via Slack even after the alert is closed.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Integrate a Slack channel to Opsgenie
      2. Trigger an alert to Slack
      3. Close the alert from Slack

      Expected Results

      Notes and tags can be added to the alert via Opsgenie GUI and Slack

      Actual Results

      Notes and tags cannot be added via Slack as the buttons disappear, only via Opsgenie GUI

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
