Update Sentry integration to work with new Sentry webhook format

      Issue:

      the Opsgenie integration in Sentry that pairs with our Sentry integration is now a legacy integration that only processes alerts with a type of 'issue' but not 'metric'. The new Sentry setup also does not work with our sentry integration, nor with an API integration.
