As an admin, I would expect the incoming calls forwarded to an On-call Schedule to follow the order of rotations to route the call

      User Problem

      In the current design, whenever there is a call being routed to an On-call schedule which has multiple users are on-call at the same time across different rotations, Opsgenie will randomly pick up one of them to route the call to.

      Suggested Solutions

      Adjust the call-forwarding mechanism to follow the order of Rotations.

      Current Workarounds

      Separate the Rotations into different On-call Schedules and leverage the Escalation Policy to route to the on-call user by sequence.
