Ability to copy or clone an existing Incident rule when creating a new one.

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Summary

      It'd be awesome if it was possible to copy and exiting Incident rule and pre-fill the Incident rule creation form. This will save a lot of manual entry when creating similar incident rules.

      Expected Behaviour

      When creating an Incident rule in OpsGenie,

      1. Click Teams
      2. Select a team
      3. Select Incident Rules
      4. Click the Ellipsis button on an existing rule.
      5. An Option to Copy or Clone the rule is available
      6. Clicking this will open up Create incident rule form pre-filled with config from the copied rule

      Current Behaviour

      It is not possible to copy an Incident Rule
