User Problem

As a user, I would like to be able to view other alerts, even if I'm not set as a responder. 
There can be a responders team - DevOps, but we'd like to have the possibility to add a support team as a viewer, so they can track the progress of the alert and see its details.

Suggested Solutions

Add a possibility to add other teams as viewers, which is not requiring Admin or Owner role or being responders. 

Current Workarounds

To add all subteams under one big team or create custom roles with the possibility to see all alerts.
