Ability to create AWS SecurityHub Outgoing integration via API/Terraform

      Issue Summary

      Currently we can create the AWS SecurityHub integration via 'Create API Based Integration' API but we cannot configure the Outgoing settings for that integration via the API.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Use https://docs.opsgenie.com/docs/integration-api#create-api-based-integration to create an AWS SecurityHub integration.

      Expected Results

      You should be able to configure the AmazonSecurityHub Role Arn and the AWS Region settings via the API/Terraform.

      Actual Results

      Only the integration is created but the outgoing flow cannot be configured.

      Workaround

      Configure the outgoing flow via the GUI.
