As a user, I would like to disable user notifications when an SSO is disabled.

      User Problem
      As a user, I would like to disable user notifications when an SSO is disabled since this could be a security concern as I would not like all the users to know when the SSO is disabled in the account.

      Suggested Solutions
      Solution would be to send the notifications only to the admins and owners and not to the default users in the account.
