Allow for incoming call direct forwarding

      Issue:

      Currently, with the incoming call integration, the system answers the call and plays a welcome message which is required before transferring the call to an end user. Because it doesn't appear to be a direct forward and the call is held-up at the Opsgenie number, any keypresses required on the end user's system will not be recognized which makes it impossible for customers to use their own auto-attendants/call-control key presses for incoming callers

      Suggested solution:

      Offer an option for a direct call forward, with no welcome message and no call hold-up so that third-party phone systems can use auto attendants and other call control options. 

      Current workaround:

      Customers will need to disable any auto attendants or internal key presses on their phone systems and use Opsgenie's auto attendant.
