User Problem

In order to map Jira priorities to Opsgenie (or vice versa), you need to create additional rules on the integration for each priority. If you are doing other customization, this can be tedious.

Suggested Solutions

A separate section, outside of the automation rules, to map priorities. Ideally, there would be an option in each direction.

Current Workarounds

Create a lot of rules on the integration.
