As a user I would like the ability to manage user groups and share on-call information from Opsgenie >> Slack

      Suggestion

      I would like for the ability to both:

      1) Manage user groups in Slack from Opsgenie - for example, update user groups in Slack according to the user/s on-call in particular schedules each day.

      and

      2) Schedule messages to be posted to Slack that would include the current/future on-call participants for different schedule

       

      Workaround

      Currently this is only possible through customization - specifically, you would need to programmatically interact with the Opsgenie schedule and rotation APIs to pull down on-call users and automate a request to Slack to either update user groups or post a message including the on-call users presently or in the future
