User Problem
As a user, I should be able to set my availability through my profile so that I can be included in the Rotation based on my availability.
Suggested Solutions
1) Using override functionality for days when a specific user on rotation is not working and substituting another user in the rotation.
2) Enabling Quiet hours/Mute notifications for those days when a user is not available.
3) Creating another Schedule and adding it to the Routing Rule based on the user's availability.
