Ability to process alert action policies immediately

      User Problem

      Right now, the UI only accepts a value greater than 0 for setting an alert action policy. So if an alert is closed before 1 minute, the action won't execute.

      Suggested Solutions

      An option to enter 0 into the field.

      Current Workarounds

      For a webhook or OEC action, you can use an integration instead of an action channel.
