Customize the On-call/Schedule Start/End Opsgenie/JSM Alerts Notifications

      User Problem

      At the moment, we only receive predefined notifications for schedule start, end, and other Notification actions but we would like to customize it and add more details to the notification sent.

      For example, the On-call notification has an default and not editable message:
      "[JIRA] Your on-call rotation in 'NameOfTheTeam' starts"

      Suggested Solutions

      Allow users/customers to edit the template used to send Schedule Start/End notifications to include the extra info they'd like.
